好吃的鐵板燒
這是一家開了30多年的鐵板燒店~
同事說粉好吃~ 假日來吃吃看~
這是原本叫"紅錵"的鐵板燒,因為名稱的爭議,別的鐵板燒店先用"紅錵註冊了,所以他改成"HANA錵"
準備熱鐵板,開飯啦~

還滿好喝,但有一點點草腥味~因為有加一些海藻~

上面深紅色的是紅酒+肉桂燉雪梨~
好好吃喔~有肉桂的香甜,雪梨細緻的口感,加上香醇的紅酒~真是美味~
香煎鵝肝才是一絕~
鵝肝的肥美,加上黑色松露~
沒有多餘的調味,這樣的搭配讓人覺得肥而不膩,滑嫩順口~

肉質真的好~師傅有筋的部分都處理掉了~
入口滑順不會卡牙~ 沾一點點胡椒鹽肉質的甜美都出來了~
加上香香的蒜~阿~真是好吃~
